Submitting an inquiry or "Let's Talk" form does not create a binding contract. Any marketing services we provide will be subject to a separate written agreement, quote, or proposal outlining scope, fees, timelines, and terms.

We may decline any inquiry or project at our discretion.

4. Payments (if applicable)

For any paid marketing services:

• Payments are due as specified in the project agreement (e.g., deposits, milestones, final payment).
• All fees are in GBP unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT (added where applicable).
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Website and any content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from use of the Website or our services.
• Our total liability (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £1,000 if no payment was made).
